Basketball places specific demands on coordination, visual processing, and decision-making, making it a highly effective activity for supporting cognitive and motor recovery. Sessions focus on ball handling, shooting, passing, and movement, providing repeated opportunities to practise timing, accuracy, and bilateral coordination in a structured yet enjoyable group setting.
The group environment supports social interaction and shared problem-solving, helping participants build confidence, develop trust in their abilities, and reconnect with enjoyable physical activity.
