×Our Social Club offers adults with an acquired brain injury the opportunity to take part in a wide range of meaningful, enjoyable activities in a supportive group setting throughout the year.
The club is designed to promote social connection, confidence, and participation in everyday life. Group-based activities provide a sense of belonging and shared experience, helping to reduce isolation and support emotional wellbeing. Sessions encourage participants to engage with others, build friendships, and develop social confidence in a relaxed, non-clinical environment.
Activities are carefully chosen to offer variety, challenge, and fun, while also supporting cognitive, physical, and emotional rehabilitation. Previous activities have included axe throwing, quad biking, virtual darts, footgolf, laser quest, and many more, with each session offering opportunities to try something new and develop skills in a safe and supported way.
