Heads Up Therapies Allotment Group
We have recently moved to a new exiting site at Ryders Farm Equestrian Centre in Kearlsey and we have big plans!
Our allotment group provides excellent opportunities for our clients and helps to:
- Improve physical health, mobility, dexterity and flexibility
- Improve mental health
- Connect with others in the wider community
- Acquire new skills
- Improve educational and ecological engagement
- Aide personal growth
Sessions run every Thursday 1-4pm and are run by our Apprentice Occupational Therapist and keen gardener, Antonia.
