Where: Try Fitness Training2nd Floor, Brooklands Mill, English Street, Leigh, WN7 3EH

Run by: Sessions are led by a qualified Occupational Therapist in partnership with CB Neuro Fitness, ensuring activities are rehabilitation-focused, safe, and appropriately adapted.

Our weekly non-contact boxing group supports adults with acquired brain injuries through structured, purposeful movement in a safe and inclusive group setting.

These sessions use boxing-based activities as a therapeutic tool to support physical, cognitive, and emotional rehabilitation. Group participation promotes routine, peer connection, and a sense of belonging—important factors in maintaining engagement and supporting long-term recovery. The shared experience of training together encourages mutual support, motivation, and confidence-building in a non-clinical environment.

Activities are carefully graded and can be adapted to meet individual abilities, including for wheelchair users, ensuring everyone can participate meaningfully and safely.
