As spring approaches, we are exited to be teaming up with Nephra Good Neighbours to use their allotment.
Their beautiful allotment is fully secured and Heads Up Therapies will have sole use every Thursday.
How it works
Our allotment group runs every Thursday, 1-4pm.
Sessions cost £50 per week and are billed at the end of every month.
Sessions are run by an Occupational Therapy assistant and will often have an occupational therapist in attendance.
Support workers are welcomed at no additional cost.

We will be holding a FREE Open day on Thursday 6th April to give you a taste of what the group will be like. We welcome clients, and their family and friends, OT's, support workers, case managers and anyone interested in our brain injury allotment group to come along, take part in activities and ask us more about our plans for the group.
