Wednesday 13th May - 12pm Kick Off
We are pleased to be hosting this upcoming football event at FC United’s ground and look forward to welcoming players, families, friends, and supporters on the day.
The players have been working hard in preparation for the event, and it will be a great opportunity for everyone to come together, enjoy the match, and support their efforts in a positive atmosphere.
Further event information, including timings, parking, and match day guidance, can be found below. We look forward to welcoming everyone for what promises to be an enjoyable occasion.
Important Security Information from FC United
We have received the following information from FC United:
"I am writing to inform you of an additional security measure that will be in place during your stadium hire.
Due to the UK terror threat level currently being set at Severe, and in line with the requirements of the Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds (Green Guide), which governs the operation of the stadium during events, we will be implementing bag searches for all spectators attending your event.
These searches will be conducted by our fully trained SIA-licensed security staff and will be carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimise any disruption to your event or attendee experience.
This is a standard procedure that we already implement for all first-team fixtures, and our stewarding and security teams are highly experienced in carrying out these checks professionally and effectively.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."

If the main car park becomes full, additional parking may be available on surrounding streets and nearby public car parks. Please ensure that:
- You park legally and safely at all times
- You do not block driveways, gates, pavements, or access routes
- You follow all parking restrictions and signage
Where possible, consider using public transport, taxis, or drop-offs to reduce congestion around the ground.
Thank you for your cooperation and support in helping the event run smoothly.
Thank you!
Finally, we would like to thank everyone that has sponsored the event and the players. This would not have been possible without your support.
